Since its founding in 2004 by Dale Newman, The Newman Organization has evolved from a hands-on real estate investment company into a full-service brokerage and investment firm. Early investments in single-family, multifamily, and short-term rentals laid the foundation for the brokerage division, which now specializes in connecting buyers and sellers with confidence and clarity.

Dale brings more than 20 years of real estate investment and development experience across Northeast PA and nationwide—expertise that continues to drive our growth and guide our clients.
